General Session and Digital Signage Video Specifications

General Session Playback Video

• Videos should be 15 seconds in length, no exceptions.
• All videos should be 1920x1080 @ 30 fps progressive
• Any encoding format accepted– please be sure that any .mp4 videos are encoded at least 10M for best playback
• File size is not an issue
• File naming – Please include the sponsor company name and GSSanAnt in the filename
• No burn-in captioning/subtitles, unless used for translation

Digital Signage Video

• All videos should be ideally 1920x1080 @ 30 fps progressive - 1280x720 also acceptable
• Encoding H.264
• Video file size cannot exceed 100M
• File naming – Please include the sponsor company name and DSSanAnt in the filename
• Sound is not guaranteed
• Closed captioning will not be available
