Bobby Lee Hanks

Bobby Lee Hanks

Veterinarian and cattleman from Munford, TN. Graduated from University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and joined my father in practice, and was later joined by my younger brother in practice as well. I was raised on our multi-generational cattle and hay farm, and my wife and I started our own cattle operation in 2010. We have a commercial cow/calf herd as well as grazing stocker calves. We have two children, Kimber (11) and Willis (8). Logan convinced me to co-host the Talk Dirt to Me podcast with him starting in the fall of 2021.

Logan Hanks

Logan Hanks is a West Tennessee row-crop farmer, media creator, and co-host of the nationally ranked agriculture podcast Talk Dirt To Me. Farming roughly 1,300 acres of corn and soybeans, Logan brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective to the realities of modern agriculture, no unnecessary filter, no talking points, just the truth from the cab of the tractor and the shop floor.

Alongside his cousin and co-host Bobby Lee Hanks, a veterinarian and cattleman, Logan has built Talk Dirt To Me into one of the most influential independent voices in American agriculture, reaching tens of thousands of listeners each month across podcasts and YouTube. The show is known for its raw, honest conversations about farming, food, rural America, and the pressures facing producers today. They blend current issues facing farmers, wild Ag stories, and humor to create a prime Agri-tainment show.

Logan is married to his wife, Marcie Hanks, and is the proud father of twins. A man of faith, he believes family, stewardship of the land, and hard work are the foundation of everything he does. When he’s not behind a microphone or running equipment, Logan operates a growing farm store, creates original media projects, and works to bridge the widening gap between farmers and consumers, always fighting to protect the future of American agriculture and the families who depend on it.
