Materials Submission Guidelines

• Company is responsible for submitting logo files by November 3, 2025. Send an .eps and a .jpg or .png file of your logo to Kylie Schakel at kschakel@fb.org.
• Company is responsible for shipping their own Flapjack Fundraiser table top materials. Follow shipping instructions in the Exhibitor Manual. Be sure the label is clearly marked Flapjack Fundraiser.
• Submit your video content by November 19 to the Dropbox link below.
